Spring Online Testing—All documents must be submitted to A.C.E. before the assessment can be administrated.

• If you plan to test between March 15–April 4, your documents and Roster must be submitted by March 8.
• If you plan to test between April 5–April 25, your documents and Roster must be submitted by March 29.
• If you plan to test between April 26–May 15, your documents and Roster must be submitted by April 18.

Please do not wait to submit your Student Roster. Any minor changes, such as adding or deleting a student, can be done by contacting IowaInfo@aceschooloftomorrow.com after your master Student Roster is submitted. Your master Student Roster with the bulk of your students must be submitted by one of the deadlines above.

Test levels are numbered to correspond roughly to the chronological ages of the students for whom they are best suited. Each student should be administered the test level based on his actual chronological age at the time of testing.

Use caution to ensure the proper test is ordered and given to each student. Since there is an academic year of learning between fall and spring testing, different tests are administered to the students at the beginning of the year compared to the end of the year in certain grade levels.
