The primary purpose of ACBI is to train students to know and communicate the Christian faith powerfully, effectively, and lovingly as effective church leaders, innovative Christian educators, and global educational missionaries. ACBI stands ready to help you advance your Christian education. Students may complete a one-year program (30 credit hours) to earn a Certificate of Training in Christian Education or a two-year program (60 credit hours) to earn an Associate of Applied Arts in Christian Education degree. Accelerated College of the Bible International is a subsidiary of ACEM.®
With an emphasis in the area of church youth ministry, students receive training in Biblical truths, Christian ethical behavior, grammar and composition, Western civilization in a global world from a historical perspective, and an individualized philosophy of learning.

Our Philosophy
The programs and curricula have as their foundation the Biblical framework of history and philosophy with emphasis upon the special creation and sovereign control of all things by the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom all true knowledge, understanding, and wisdom consist. Students learn to develop a philosophy of education and life based on the Word of God.

ACBI was designed from its inception to use blended distance learning. That means you can complete most of your courses from the comfort of your home, while still serving in your own local church and school!

- Seven scholarships can be combined to give significant savings on tuition.
- Opportunities exist to participate in a work-study program at the A.C.E. International Corporate Offices in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
- Yearly tuition will not increase during any year of a student's program.

Is ACBI an on-campus college?
ACBI is a dynamic blended approach to earning your degree. Complete courses in your own home or church! The Administrators' Training course takes place at the A.C.E. office in Hendersonville, and the Educational Assistance and Service Adventure internship programs take place abroad.
How do I receive my PACEs?
ACBI will mail them to you.
Are government scholarships available for ACBI?
No. ACBI offers excellent scholarships unrelated to government funding.
Is traveling abroad required?
No. Practicums and internships that provide opportunities to minister while traveling abroad are available but are not required.
Do I have to be a graduate of a Model School or Status school to apply?
Students must have graduated from a Christian school using the A.C.E. program, preferably a Model School or Quality Status school. Students graduating from Lighthouse Christian Academy, the official distance-learning provider for ACEM, may also be eligible. Adult learners must have previously served or be currently serving in a Learning Center using the A.C.E. program.
Is ACBI regionally accredited?
ACBI is not accredited but is authorized by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC).
What type of credentials are awarded?
Certificate of Training in Christian Education (1 year)

Do you accept transfer students?
Yes.
Can adults attend ACBI?
Yes. Adult learners must have previously served or be currently serving in a Learning Center using the A.C.E. program.
How will I pay?
Each year consists of two semesters. Students will pay by semester and have the option of paying one semester in full or in four monthly installments.
